Who built Machu Picchu?

Extraterrestrials have high technique since 100,000s of years manipulating humans on Earth. Since about 5,000 years they manipulate everything.

There are several tesis who built the giant cut stones, in Machu Picchu as in Sacsayhuaman 3km from Cusco where is the Inca Center. And the stones of the pyramids of Egypt are cut in the same way.

Now the Incas did not build the pyramids in Egypt but "one does not know it".

So when the official policy admits "one does not know it" this is very suspicious because I am sure they know it!
