Machu Picchu: the prison in form of an eagle (in Peru it's a Condor) - [or is this an eagle temple?]

The travel guides mean this had been a prison. But it can also have been another function, may be a temple, a center etc. Also the copy of an eagle does not seem to be safe. The extraterrestrials perhaps made only a "joke" with the marble structure in black and yellow. This is unique.

The temple in form of a Condor eagle - or this should be a prison?

The rock is in a marble pattern of black and yellow, and the form of the whole building is like an eagle swinging his wings.

A door in the Eagle Temple, repaired badly with a piece of wood

It seems that an earthquake provoked that a head stone has broken so a wood was planted in it. But it seems strange for a world heritage...
