This stones is absolutely strange with a throne, with a waved surface and with holes. Who were the beings having produced this?

For producing a throne perfectly one needs a ruler, a right angle and a water level. Natives did not have ANYTHING of this.

Considering more about these cuts one could have the idea that this form of the stone was also mould, but why are the holes?

It is possible that this stone was molded. The recipe molding stones the natives did NOT have.
